* apt-pkg/init.cc:
- added Dir::State::Mirrors
* doc/examples/configure-index:
- added Acquire::mirror::RefreshInterval
* methods/mirror.{cc,h}:
- download the mirror file into Dir::State::Mirrors
- added RefreshInterval option to not ask for the mirror file too often
