* debian/control:
- 'Vcs-Bzr' field is official, used it.
- Bumped 'Standards-Version' to 3.8.0, no changes needed.
- Actualized 'Uploaders' field.

- Substituded 'apt-archive' with 'apt-ftparchive' in docs.
